Your enquiry

The form sends your name, email address, message and, if provided, your project topic. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to process the enquiry; the topic is optional. The form cannot be submitted without the required information.

Correspondence is used to answer your enquiry and prepare a potential project. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps when you request services for yourself; otherwise, including when you represent a business, it is the legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Operation and security

The server and Cloudflare process technical data such as IP addresses, request information and security events to deliver the website, prevent abuse and diagnose incidents. This processing relies on the legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.

Do not voluntarily include secrets in these communications. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Recipients and service providers

Farid Naderi receives enquiries. The form uses Resend to deliver the message to [email protected], hosted by Google Gmail. These providers process the information needed to deliver and store correspondence.

The application is hosted on Nstudio2k’s own infrastructure; Cloudflare provides traffic delivery and protection. Google also provides audience measurement only when configured and accepted by you. Competent authorities may receive information where legally required.

Location and transfers

Cloudflare, Resend and Google services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Hosting the application ourselves does not mean that all processing stays in France.

Countries, subprocessors and applicable safeguards depend on the provider’s service and contract. You can contact [email protected] for details about recipients and safeguards applicable to your data. Consent to statistics is not a general authorisation for international transfers.

Retention

Messages are kept while dealing with the enquiry and following up the project where useful. For a commercial enquiry that does not lead to a contract, the maximum period is three years from the last contact initiated by you; earlier deletion may be requested subject to legal conditions.

If a contractual relationship or dispute arises, only records needed to perform the contract, meet legal obligations or defend legal claims are kept for the applicable periods. Technical data is retained according to diagnostic and security needs and provider settings; it is not used as a marketing contact list.

Tracking choices

Your Cookies choice is stored locally in your browser for up to six months. Strictly necessary items, including your consent choice and language preference, support website operation.

When Google Analytics is configured, no Google audience-measurement script or request is loaded before you agree. Declining does not prevent browsing or using the contact form. After acceptance, Google may process browser identifiers, visited pages and technical information to produce statistics; this data is not described as anonymous.

Audience-measurement cookies configured by this website last no longer than six months, without automatic renewal on each visit. User and event data retention in Google Analytics is set to two months, without resetting on new activity. Aggregated statistical reports may be retained longer.

Use the Cookie settings button to accept, decline or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops new audience-measurement requests; it does not by itself erase data already received by Google. You can request deletion where the legal conditions apply.

Your rights

Depending on the legal basis and GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests and request portability of eligible data. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing previously based on it.

Email [email protected] with your request. Proportionate identity verification may be requested where there is reasonable doubt. Requests are normally answered within one month; a justified extension is possible under the legal conditions. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr.
